Shipping policy

Standard shipping is free on all orders. The standard shipping option will ship goods to customers within 2 to 4 working days of the order being placed. There are other shipping options available from time to time and these are available to see within shipping options in checkout.

All shipments dispatched will have a tracking ID. This will be emailed to you when your order leaves our warehouse. If you click the tracking ID link on the 'order dispatch' email you will be able to see where the order is at any time. If you can't see your order dispatch email with your tracking ID link then please double check your junk email.

Moss and Homes only ships to England, Wales and Scotland. We are looking to extend into other countries just as soon as we can.
